Refund Policy

If Simply GIFs isn't right for you, email hello@cybercatlabs.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. Include the email address you bought with, or your order number from the receipt, so we can find your order quickly.

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle issues refunds on our behalf, back to your original payment method. Most refunds show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you're in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you also have the statutory withdrawal rights described in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our 30-day refund is on top of those rights and doesn't replace them.
